Making the decision to enter therapy can be difficult. I believe strongly that you should feel comfortable with the therapist you choose and that you should be hopeful that therapy will help you cope with situations and difficulties in your life.
When Counseling is Needed
As the world becomes more frantic, emotional strain can cause you to feel stress. Death, divorce, work relationship problems, family changes, and life changes – all of these can trigger the need for support and guidance. When these occur, therapy is perhaps the best way to ease the pain of the rough spots in life.
